This year’s theme is Inside Out. The concept that ideas start inside us and at some point, we need to let them out in the world. That could take many forms — sharing the idea, getting help from others, scaling the idea, etc. “Inside Out” also implies going beyond barriers and limitations, whether they exist in our minds or in the world. Any idea is going to need to break out of these barriers to reach its full potential; for example, taking an idea that is born in Temecula and growing it.
